Pilot Asset Management, L.L.C. combines the project and construction management expertise of Silver Fern Management with the underwriting and asset management expertise of True West Companies.

Over the past 22 years Silver Fern Management earned a reputation among Arizona's best developers as the preferred project manager for residential land development. Silver Fern managed the construction and municipal acceptance of over 30,000 residential lots in dozens of planned communities in virtually every jurisdiction in Maricopa County and is thoroughly familiar with complex land development processes.

True West and its principal have invested in Southwest land for over 25 years, as regional president of a NYSE company, on behalf of well capitalized clients, and for its own account. Over the past 14 years True West has developed and sold, on a retail basis and in bulk transactions to public companies, thousands of acres in ten residential communities in Arizona.

Pilot was formed to serve commerical lenders, owners, and investors in a challenging residential land market. The Pilot team, with backgrounds in project and construction management, public accounting, civil engineering, and law, offers sophisticated clients expert advice based on deep technical knowledge and experienced judgement.
