Property underwriting can be customized to respond for each clients unique needs and constraints. Pilot Asset Management uses a thorough and disciplined approach to identify, gather, and analyze relevant facts and issues, and presents its advice in reports available in hard copy and on-line in a secure virtual data room. A typical engagement would usually involve a two step process.

First, for a modest fee, Pilot Asset Management gathers and organizes property base data in an initial report. This report is usually available within five days of an engagement and contains considerably more information than is typically offered in a commercial broker's offering package.

Second, and included with the initial report, is a recommendation for the unique scope of work required (if any) to prepare a comprehensive underwriting report. This second step, offered at a fixed price and a firm delivery date, produces a fully developed due diligence package which can be formatted for marketing use by an equity owner, or for acquisition go/no go decision making by a prospective buyer.
